2-Postic aahar le protin ka sevan kare.
3-Protin wala khana khaye .
4-Fat wala khana khaye jaise ghee dhudh  cchikne perdarth aadi isse fat badhta hai.
5-Yoga daily kare.
6-Mans machchi ka seven kerto ho to jarur kare.
Aam ras ka sevan bhi kare.
